Brett DeSchepper
Chief Executive Officer
Brett manages relationships with strategic partners, provides the long-term vision for the company, and guides new product development. Prior to iHomefinder, Brett worked as a CTO at Distributed Learning Workshop, a systems engineer at Advanced Computer Communications, and a user interface designer at Whistle Communications. He also taught cognitive science at U.C. Berkeley. Brett obtained a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from U.C. Berkeley, and a B.S. in Computers and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Glenn Flinchbaugh
Chief Operating Officer
Glenn manages the internal operations of the company. Before joining iHomefinder, he was VP of Products at Devicescape Software, a provider of software for wireless devices. Glenn was also Director of Product Management at Wind River Systems, and a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Communications Research (now known as Telcordia Technologies). He holds an MBA from UCLA, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
