Flint Area Association of REALTORS® / East Central Association of REALTORS® (FAAR/ECAR)

  • No iHomefinder new board service fees.
  • We are not aware of additional fees for IDX payable to the board directly.
  • FAAR/ECAR is broker-only for RETS. (Agents can only have RETS IDX on their websites if their broker also has RETS IDX from the same vendor. If their broker does not have IDX, agents are only eligible for smartframe IDX, which iHomefinder does not provide.)
  • The broker-member should contact FAAR/ECAR for the RETS agreement, then forward it to iHomefinder, if they wish to proceed with IDX.

Greater Shiawassee Association of REALTORS® (Owosso, MI)

  • iHomefinder new board service fees might apply. Please contact iHomefinder for current information.
  • There might be additional fees charged by the MLS to the client or their broker.
