Orangeburg Area IDX (formerly Southern Midlands Association of REALTORS®)

• iHomefinder new board service fees apply: $500 set-up (for the first client in the board) and $20 monthly (for all clients in the board).
• We believe the MLS charges $50 per month for RETS, per client.
• A member should contact the board for the RETS agreement, then forward it to iHomefinder, to proceed with IDX.

• $500 one-time pass-through fee per brokerage using iHomefinder IDX.
• We are not aware of additional fees charged by the board to the client or their broker.
• A member should contact the board for the RETS agreement, noting iHomefinder as the RETS data provider if asked, then forward it to iHomefinder, to proceed with IDX.
