Kevin Blessing has more than 15 years real estate development and management experience involving over $100 million in real estate transactions and transformations. His primary role is to identify candidate properties for underwriting and submission to the Investment Committee. He will contribute materially to underwriting as well.

Mr. Blessing is the founder of The Capitis Group, as well as president of Homes Run (2002, brought into The Capitis Group in 2003) and Beau Monde Villas (2006), both vacation property marketing and management companies offering luxury hospitality services for short-term rental bookings ($9.3million USD gross sales in 2008 with just under 100 homes under rental management) serving seven major destinations (Maui, Kauai Hawaii, LA/Malibu, Palm Springs, Beverly Hills, Beaver Creek, and Naples, Florida).

Homes Run and Beau Monde Villas offer five star “private hotel” quality property management and guest services in a home setting supported by a proven reservation system for vacation bookings. 

In addition to providing services for their own portfolio of properties, Homes Run and Beau Monde Villas management and hospitality services have been sought after by other leading vacation rental and membership companies including Amex Express Centurion agents and Hollywood industry executives and personalities. 

Mr. Blessing's prior experience includes executive vice president of Time and Place Homes, a vacation property marketing company with portfolio residences in the US, Europe, and the Pacific islands.

Prior to Time and Place, Mr. Blessing held senior management positions in the retail marketplace, including serving as a regional manager with Federated Department stores with the responsibility of twelve stores and more than $330 Million USD in annual sales (1999).
