I was born in New York City and raised in Silver Springs, Maryland.
Over the years I have moved throughout the United States and especially loved my residency in Laguna Beach where I worked as a financial controller until late 1998.
In 2000, my partner and I moved to Palm Springs where I have been working fulltime in Real Estate specializing in the Bank Owned, REO, and Short Sale properties. My Real Estate experience also includes commercial and residential property management. I especially enjoy selling Real Estate and I am able to help my clients find exactly what they are looking for from a commercial property, investment, to a first time residence. I feel in today’s market you have to know what the current market conditions are and work hard for your client to give them clear and accurate information.
My extensive business and financial background has helped buyers and sellers from qualification to closing. I’ve worked with many Banks, Hedge Funds and Investment Groups dealing with their REO and Short Sale inventories. I feel I have great negotiating skills, market knowledge and financial acumen to create a perfect blend which allows me the luxury of a very diverse client base.
