How the Program Works
To become an official iHomefinder Partner, you’ll first need to sign a program agreement and complete a short training course about our technology. We’ll also provide you with re-brandable marketing collateral about our IDX technology.
As you enlist new clients you can provision IDX accounts for them using our automated partner portal. We’ll take care of your clients’ MLS IDX license approvals and activate their property listing data feeds. As you integrate iHomefinder IDX technology into your clients’ websites, we’ll provide you with expert technical assistance.
iHomefinder will ensure your clients are properly licensed for IDX with their MLSs, and guarantee that their IDX displays are in full MLS compliance at all times. You and your clients will be assured of a great consumer experience on your real estate websites, and never have to worry about MLS compliance violations.
Partners also get access to our web services API. This API enables you to setup, apply branding, and manage client accounts in an automated fashion. Many of our partners have used the API as part of an online ordering system to streamline the sign-up of new real estate clients. Our API also allows you to retrieve web leads and subscribers from your client's Control Panel and manage them in your own lead management system.
