How Our Partner Program Works
To meet the varying needs of different web design firms, our program supports two types of partners: Affiliate Partners and Reseller Partners.
Affiliate Partners
As an Affiliate Partner you’ll be rewarded for each new client you refer to iHomefinder. Simply register your referral clients with us, and we’ll do the rest — client signup, IDX licensing, training, support, billing — and pay you a referral fee.
Once you complete our Affiliate Program Agreement, you’ll receive 25% of the setup fee for each new client referred. When the total revenue of your active referred clients reaches $400.00 per month, you’ll qualify to become a Reseller Partner with no program fee.
Getting Started: To become an Affiliate Partner, submit the form on the right to arrange a discussion with an iHomefinder representative and receive an Affiliate Partner Agreement. There is no fee to become an iHomefinder Affiliate Partner.
Reseller Partners
As a Reseller Partner you’ll be able to bundle and resell iHomefinder products as part of your own product offering. You can deliver a complete real estate website solution with integrated MLS search, listings and lead capture, all under your own brand. You’ll qualify for wholesale pricing starting at 25% off our retail price, ramping to more than 50% off retail as your sales volume rises.
A dedicated partner manager will support you in all aspects of offering iHomefinder products. To start, we’ll train you on iHomefinder products and supply white-label marketing materials that you can rebrand for your own sales and marketing initiatives. As you add new clients you can provision and manage their accounts using our automated partner portal, and we’ll provide you with expert technical support as you integrate our IDX products. You’ll also have access to our API for remote management of client accounts from your own system.
iHomefinder will also ensure your clients are properly licensed for IDX with their MLSs, and guarantee that their IDX displays are in full MLS compliance at all times.
Getting Started: To become a Reseller Partner, submit the form on the right to arrange a discussion with an iHomefinder representative and receive a Reseller Partner Agreement. There is a one-time $500.00 program fee to become an iHomefinder Reseller Partner. This fee will be refunded if you have 10 active clients on your first anniversary as a Reseller Partner.
