Provided by Down Payment Resource, this service makes it easy for consumers to inquire about programs sponsored by federal, state and local governments, and other organizations that help new homebuyers fund a down payment. Approximately 5 percent of consumers who click DPR on a Realtor or broker’s IDX website will submit their contact information to learn more about their homeownership opportunities.

 

How to Enable or Disable Down Payment Assistance Links

To enable or disable these links for listings shown on your site, login to your iHomefinder IDX Control Panel and select SETUP. Under Listing Settings, select Property Details where you will find an option for showing or not showing “Down Payment Assistance” links when available.

You may have noticed your iHomefinder account is now sending you email reports with information about your site activity. If you have not received these new emails yet, you will receive them soon!

Emails are sent daily by default as long as there is new data to show. You’ll find options at the bottom of each email to change your delivery preference to weekly or monthly, or you can unsubscribe to stop receiving these emails.

You can view these emails on all devices, and links are provided that login to your mobile-friendly account Control Panel, where you can access all lead information in your account. You can also email your most active leads right from the report, without having to login to your Control Panel.

Sedona Verde Valley Association of REALTORS® is based out of Sedona, Arizona and has approximately 540 members. The city of Sedona straddles the Coconino and Yavapai county line in northern Verde Valley of Arizona. As of 2010, Sedona’s population was 10,031.

The core industry and economic generator in Sedona is tourism. Tourism has a strong direct and indirect effects on businesses and residents in Sedona. The Sedona Visitors Center serves more than 400,000 visitors per year. The largest employers in Sedona include Enchantment Resort, ILX Resorts, Inc., Hilton Sedona Resort and Spa, Amara Resort and Spa, Sedona-Oak Creek Unified School District and the City of Sedona.

2012 showed a significant decrease in Sedona foreclosures and short sales in Sedona, and the market has certainly ramped up in recent months. The Sedona real estate market has transitioned from the Buyer’s market it has been for the last several years to a new Seller’s market. Prices are continuing to trend upwards. REIN® serves members from Williamsburg, east to Virginia Beach, and south to the North Carolina border. Currently, REIN® has approximately 500 member firms, which represent approximately 600 offices, 5,800 real estate agents.

The area covered by REIN is referred to as the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, which is the Virginia Beach-Norfolk-Newport News, VA-NC metropolitan area. Hampton Roads is best known for its large military presence and harbor which is accessible year-round. It is also well know for United States Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force, NASA, Marine Corps, and Army facilities, shipyards, coal piers, and hundreds of miles of waterfront property and beaches. All of these organizations, facilities and tourist attractions contribute to the economic stability of this region.

Central Listing Service at Ocean Reef covers the Ocean Reef Resort area in Key Largo, Florida.  Key Largo is the first island of the Florida Keys and the starting point of the Overseas Highway to Key West. According to the 2000 census, there were 12,971 people residing in the Key Largo area. The area is know as the Dive Capital of the World and is the home to the world’s largest artificial reef. Diving, snorkeling and boating are some of the most popular activities for residents and tourists alike.

The Key Largo real estate market is showing signs of recovery. Throughout the Key islands, home prices increased in 2012.
