Chief Executive Officer
Brett manages relationships with strategic partners, provides the long-term vision for the company, and guides new product development. Prior to iHomefinder, Brett worked as a CTO at Distributed Learning Workshop, a systems engineer at Advanced Computer Communications, and a user interface designer at Whistle Communications. He also taught cognitive science at U.C. Berkeley. Brett obtained a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from U.C. Berkeley, and a B.S. in Computers and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
VP Marketing, Support, Implementation & Contracts
As VP of Marketing, Support & Contracts, Shaw drives the business strategy that helps clients grow their business with iHomefinder products and services. He also ran Sales at iHomefinder prior to the company’s acquisition. Prior to iHomefinder, Shaw was a strategy consultant with a niche, data analytics firm, Beyond the Arc. Prior to that he ran marketing for online ticketing company Paciolan which was later acquired by Ticketmaster. Shaw holds an MBA from U.C. Berkeley and an engineering degree from Brown University
VP of Product Management
Flynn helps define iHomefinder’s product strategy and brings a focus on user experience to product and feature development. Previously, she held several positions managing products and partnerships at the digital publisher Zinio. She was also a Project Manager at NewRiver (now part of Broadridge). Flynn received a B.A. in English from the University of Vermont.
VP of Sales
As VP of Sales, Ken leads all aspects of the sales organization and process, driving growth for the Company. Ken has an extensive background in building and managing sales organizations. He holds a BA in Humanities and an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Dominican University of California.
VP of Business Operations, Analytics and Strategy
Nick, in his capacity as VP of Strategy & Operations, oversees the Company’s core business functions, leads a wide range of operations projects, and provides insights to drive strategic business decisions. Nick holds a BS in Business Administration from the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon.
Steve manages the data import and infrastructure portions of the business. He supervises the data import staff, handles the database administration, and coordinates hardware maintenance and changes. Prior to joining iHomefinder, Steve was the manager of technical support at Mindways Software, a medical software company. Steve holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley, an M.S. in Bioengineering from U.C. Berkeley / UCSF, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Calvin College.
Jim provides software engineering and architecture expertise to iHomefinder's collaborative, customer focused engineering team. Before joining iHomefinder, Jim was a Senior Software Engineer at Digital Globe, a vendor of satellite imagery and geospatial content. He has also worked in various positions at the California State Automobile Association, Blue Dot Software and Bank of America. He earned an M.S. in Computer Science from the Baskin School of Engineering at U.C. Santa Cruz and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley.
