Boards Available by Request: Manitoba

We cannot offer service in Manitoba, for these reasons:

• WinnipegREALTORS® does not provide a broker reciprocity (RETS-IDX) data feed. (Although the board offers a data feed of a member’s or a brokerage’s own listings, our service does not support this option.)
• Participation in broker reciprocity (RETS-IDX) is low (under 10 percent) outside of Winnipeg.
• The CREA National Shared Pool listings database doesn’t include Manitoba.
