• iHomefinder new board service fees apply: $500 set-up (for the first client in the board) and $20 monthly (for all clients in the board).
• There might be additional fees for IDX payable to the board.
• A member should contact the board for the RETS-IDX paperwork, noting iHomefinder as the RETS data provider if asked, then forward the paperwork to iHomefinder, if they would like to proceed with IDX.
