Huron-Perth Association of REALTORS®

• No iHomefinder new board service fees.
• There might be additional fees charged by the board for RETS-IDX.
• To proceed, a member will need to contact the board to request a RETS feed of IDX properties, with iHomefinder as the vendor.

Kingston and Area Real Estate Association

• This board does not offer a data feed of area properties.
• If a member would like to show properties from the Kingston area on their website, they can utilize our service in the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) for Ontario.

Kitchener-Waterloo Association of REALTORS®

• This board does not offer a data feed of area properties.
• If a member would like to show properties from the Kitchener-Waterloo area on their website, they can utilize our service in the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) for Ontario.

London-St. Thomas Association of REALTORS®

• No iHomefinder new board service fees.
• $15 (USD) per month, per client pass-through fee, added to iHomefinder billing.
• There may be additional fees charged by the board for RETS-IDX.
• To proceed, a member will need to contact the board to request a RETS feed of IDX properties, with iHomefinder as the vendor.

Mississauga Real Estate Board (MREB)

• If a member would like to show properties from MREB on their website, they can utilize our service for the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB). (MREB listings are included in TREB IDX.)

Niagara Association of REALTORS®

• This board does not offer a data feed of area properties.
• If a member would like to show properties from the Niagara and St. Catharines region on their website, they can utilize our service in the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) for Ontario.

Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board

• This board does not offer a data feed of area properties.
• If a member would like to show properties from the Oakville and Milton area on their website, they can utilize our service for the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) for Ontario.

Ontario Collective (13 boards throughout Ontario)

• As of October 2017, the Ontario Collective does not offer IDX (RETS reciprocity) service.
• If a member of an Ontario Collective board would like to show reciprocity (RETS-IDX) listings on their website, they can utilize our option for their local board, if available, or our service for the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) for Ontario.

Ottawa Real Estate Board (OREB)

• This board does not offer a data feed of area properties.
• If an OREB member would like to show properties from the Ottawa region on their website, they can utilize our service in the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) for Ontario. (Please note, CREA service does not include Gatineau or other communities in Quebec, as IDX service for Quebec is not possible at this time. All listings for our CREA service are in English.)

Quinte and District Association of REALTORS®

• This board does not offer a data feed of area properties.
• If a member would like to show properties from the Quinte area on their website, they can utilize our service in the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) for Ontario.

REALTORS® Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound (RAGBOS)

• If a member would like to show properties from the Hanover, ON area on their website, they can utilize our service in the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) for Ontario.

REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB)

Sarnia Lambton Real Estate Board

• To proceed, a member will need to contact the board to request a RETS feed of IDX properties, with iHomefinder as the vendor, then forward the RETS paperwork to iHomefinder.

Southern Georgian Bay Association of REALTORS® (Collingwood, ON)

• This board does not offer a data feed of area properties, either standalone or in collaboration with the Ontario Collective.
• If a member would like to show properties from the Collingwood area on their website, they can utilize our service for the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) for Ontario.

Timmins, Cochrane & Timiskaming Districts Association of REALTORS®

• Additional iHomefinder small board service fees apply (if RETS-IDX is available): $500 extra for the first client in the board, and $20 extra for all clients in the board.
• There might be additional fees charged by the board (if RETS-IDX is available).
• To proceed, please contact iHomefinder with the name of the interested member, so we can check with the board about current information.
• Unfortunately, our CREA service is not available for this board at this time.

Woodstock-Ingersoll & District Real Estate Board
