No. The setup process is simple and quick, even for non-technical people. You'll log into the iHF Control Panel and be guided through the easy setup process.

Is there any way to customize my Optima Social pages?

Yes, it's easy to brand your Facebook IDX. Within the iHF Control Panel, upload a banner image to display above the Search and Featured IDX content.

Do I have to have a website to sign up for Optima Social?

No. All you need is a Facebook Business Page on which to install the Property Search and Featured Listings Apps. Learn how to set up a Facebook Business Page here.

How am I notified when I get a lead?

You will be notified immediately by email when you receive a new lead. You can also log into the Control Panel any time to review all of your leads and see their activity on your site.

Can I feature my own listings or my office’s listings?

Yes. All packages include a page featuring inventory listings. This page is automatically updated with your new listings as they enter the market. Off-market listings are removed, unless you opt to include them for display. If you don’t have any listings of your own, you can use your inventory page to highlight your office's listings.

Can I customize my search page to focus on my market area?

Yes. By default, every city covered by your MLS will be included in the city list on your search page. It's easy to configure your search page to include only the areas that you primarily serve by creating a custom city list within the Control Panel. The default city list displayed on your search page can be customized from the Search Setup page, found under the Account Setup menu in the Control Panel. You can customize the city list, display type, and default min and max price information.
