CREA for Ontario (Shared Listings)

What Listings Are Included?

• Make it easy for consumers to use your site: Shared listings from all over Ontario in one simple and intuitive search interface (no listings from other provinces).
  • Serving Toronto consumers? CREA and Toronto Real Estate Board IDX (TREB) both have many Toronto area (GTA) listings. However, TREB generally includes more GTA listings than CREA. (Only TREB and MREB (Mississauga) members are eligible for TREB IDX.)
• We include active Ontario shared listings from the CREA DDF® National Shared Pool, but not member-only or office-only listings. You will need to authorize your listings for the DDF® National Shared Pool in order for them to be provided in our service. We cannot provide listings from CREA member website feeds.
  • If your listing is not in the CREA DDF® National Shared Pool, you can manually add it to your own website, to show separately from shared listings.

We do not provide sold listings in CREA.

• As of February 2018, CREA does not release sold data into DDF feeds available to vendors like iHomefinder.
• We are not able to offer sold listing information in our service for CREA at this time.

Am I Eligible?

• You need to be authorized by your broker for the CREA DDF® National Shared Pool.
  • Once you sign up with us, the verification and approval process is quick. No paperwork to fill out!
• We cannot offer our service to you if your brokerage does not participate in the CREA DDF® National Shared Pool.

The trademark DDF® is owned by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identifies CREA’s Data Distribution Facility (DDF®).

Including, but not limited to, Toronto, Ottawa, London, Windsor, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Sudbury, Oakville, Kingston, Richmond Hill, Hamilton, and Niagara Falls

Member Associations

Some Associations might not have full listing coverage in the CREA DDF®.

We also offer coverage in Barrie, Collingwood, Guelph, & Kawartha Lakes. This is via a separate data feed in our system. We can add this for you at no extra charge. Please contact us for more info.

Listings from the Timmins, Cochrane & Timiskaming District Association of REALTORS® are not available in our service for CREA.
