IDX Coverage

San Diego MLS IDX for Real Estate Websites.

Add live San Diego MLS listings and property search to your website with iHomefinder IDX — one feed covering SDMLS and the San Diego portion of CRMLS.

Yes — iHomefinder provides San Diego MLS IDX for real estate agents, teams, and brokers who want live property listings and home search on their own website. SDMLS listings, photos, prices, open houses, and status changes update automatically through the IDX feed. iHomefinder works with WordPress and other website platforms, or provides the complete website — either way, listings are embedded directly on your domain, no iframes, no subdomains. IDX search, lead capture, CRM, saved searches, and listing alerts are included in one platform. iHomefinder is an approved IDX partner listed in SDMLS’s member IDX resources.

San Diego MLS (SDMLS) is operated by the San Diego Association of REALTORS® (SDAR) and serves San Diego County. Because SDMLS and CRMLS share listing data across the county, iHomefinder’s San Diego IDX service combines SDMLS listings with the San Diego portion of CRMLS — one feed, countywide, whichever association you belong to.

The 2018 Split, Untangled

SDAR, CRMLS, Sandicor — Which San Diego MLS Am I In?

Since September 2018, when Sandicor® ceased operating, San Diego County has had two listing systems:

SDAR members

San Diego MLS (SDMLS)

Operated by the San Diego Association of REALTORS®, running on Paragon.

NSDCAR & PSAR members

CRMLS

North San Diego County and Pacific Southwest members subscribe to CRMLS.

Here’s what matters: the two systems share data — all San Diego-area listings are available in both — and iHomefinder’s San Diego IDX service combines SDMLS with the San Diego portion of CRMLS in one feed. Whichever association you belong to, your iHomefinder website shows San Diego County listings. You don’t have to untangle the 2018 split; we already did.

Listing Data

What San Diego MLS Listings Can I Display?

  • Active listings — full detail, photos, pricing, and status, from the combined SDMLS + San Diego CRMLS feed
  • Open houses — dates and times synced from the MLS
  • Status changes — pending, price changes, and back-on-market updates as they post
  • Required MLS attribution and listing courtesy displays handled automatically
Know What You’re Buying

IDX, VOW, BBO — What’s the Difference?

SDMLS offers three types of listing data access, and it’s worth knowing which one you’re buying:

What iHomefinder websites use

IDX

Public-facing display of active listings on your website. Anyone can search; leads and brand impressions stay with you.

Registered users

VOW

Registered users on your site access additional MLS data after signing in.

Broker operations

BBO

Full MLS data access for brokers running internal analytics and operations tools. Not a website display feed.

For nearly every agent building a lead-generating website, IDX is the answer — and it’s included in every iHomefinder plan.

The Platform

What You Get with iHomefinder San Diego MLS IDX

Listings on your domain

Property search and listing pages live on your domain rather than a framed page or vendor subdomain — giving you stronger control over search visibility, analytics, and lead capture.

IDX + CRM + automation, one login

Every iHomefinder plan includes IDX, CRM, and marketing automation. When a buyer saves a search in Carlsbad or favorites a condo in Little Italy, that activity appears in your CRM.

Countywide without the confusion

One feed combining SDMLS and the San Diego portion of CRMLS — your buyers search the whole county on your site, whichever association you belong to.

Multi-MLS on one site

iHomefinder supports multiple MLS feeds on one website and in one CRM — pair San Diego with CRMLS core coverage for Riverside, Temecula, or the desert markets. The number of included feeds depends on your plan.

Works with Follow Up Boss

iHomefinder integrates with Follow Up Boss, automatically forwarding new IDX leads into the CRM your team already uses.

SDMLS runs Paragon — doesn’t matter

IDX on your website works the same regardless of which system the MLS runs internally: live listings, saved searches, alerts, and lead capture.

Compatibility

Does San Diego MLS IDX Work with My Website?

Yes — three ways. iHomefinder integrates with your existing WordPress site, works with other website platforms, or builds and hosts the complete site. In every case, listings render on your domain, and iHomefinder handles configuration and feed setup — no developer required.
