South Broward Board of REALTORS® (SBBOR) FTP

• Please note, although the MLS® System for SBBOR members (accessible by login to agents and brokers) might include listings from other neighboring real estate associations, IDX for SBBOR (for consumers to see on public agent and broker websites) only includes listings from the SBBOR MLS.
• We offer both FTP-IDX (per this page) and RETS-IDX for South Broward. Both options contain the same SBBOR listings. Only primary members of SBBOR are eligible for the FTP-IDX option. The RETS-IDX option requires additional fees payable to SBBOR – we believe these are currently $50 setup and $240 per year.
