Items to Note:

• This form is only for NABOR members who have signed up for RETS-IDX with iHomefinder as the IDX provider.
• Please type N/A in any field that doesn’t apply to you.
• Broker signature is required.
• NABOR charges an additional $250 set-up plus $500 per year (non-refundable) for RETS-IDX. These fees will be added to your IDX billing.
• Once you complete the form, iHomefinder will sign and submit it to the MLS for approval of IDX on your website. You will then be notified upon approval or if anything further is required.
