Porch.com Continues Real Estate Momentum as Porch Home Report Requests Exceed 6 Million in First Year

Porch Welcomes Estately, HomeFinder.com, iHomeFinder.com, ListHub and Others to the Home Network

SEATTLE, Apr. 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Porch.com (http://porch.com) a data driven home services network for homeowners, home improvement professionals, and real estate agents announced today agreements with ten innovative and industry leading real estate companies.

As the Porch prepares for tremendous growth, they are thrilled to welcome Estately, HomeFinder.com, iHomeFinder.com, Tribus, PlanetRE, Properties Online, TORCHx, Virtual Results, New Media MLS, and ListHub to the Porch family of integrated services.

Momentum has been driven by surging adoption of the Porch Home Report. Launched in March 2014, over 6 million Porch Home Reports have been requested to date by prospective homebuyers.

In addition to existing partnerships with Windermere Real Estate and Moxi Works, the new partnerships announced today will bring the Porch Home Report to more than 25,000 real estate websites in the United States.

The Porch Home Report is a free, innovative resource for understanding the remodeling and project history of a specific home and its neighborhood. Built using data and insights from the Porch home network of over 3.2 million professionals and over 130 million projects, the Porch Home Report provides a level of insight and information that can be used to inform the home research process.

A Porch Home Report includes home improvement project history, the cost and details of remodels and projects, background information for professionals that have previously worked on the home and neighborhood, and vital neighborhood statistics, such as how long neighbors have lived in their homes and the size, age, and cost of comparable neighborhood homes.

“These agreements reflect excitement we have received from the real estate industry for the Porch Home Report and the unique data that only Porch has,” said Matt Ehrlichman, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Porch. “Home improvement history is information everyone should have when researching a home. Every day the 3.2 million home service professionals on Porch upload their completed projects, building out an increasingly unique and rich data set. Our strategy complements the real estate industry perfectly – we don’t want to compete or be the place homeowners go to buy a home, but to simply provide the Porch Home Report to a network of real estate companies to make their experience better.”

Here are what some of the new partners have to say about their partnership with Porch.

Estately: “Porch’s deep database of home improvement offers home buyers unique information they can’t find anywhere else and gives them a real advantage in evaluating a home for sale. We are excited to bring the Porch Home Report to our audience of over three million home shoppers every month.” Galen Ward, Co-Founder and CEO of Estately

HomeFinder.com: “Similar to the Porch platform for home improvement professionals, HomeFinder.com offers a rich home search experience easily accessible from any device. With the Porch Home Report, we are able to provide our clients with engaging content that keeps prospective buyers and sellers on their iHomefinder-powered IDX websites.” Brett DeSchepper, CEO of iHomefinder

PlanetRE: “planetRE is excited to be partnering with Porch as we work together to bring continued innovation to our customers. Properties Online, Inc. : “At Properties Online, we are excited to offer the Porch Home Reports on our Single Property Websites.
