What are some things you like about partnering with iHomefinder?
I’ve worked with several IDX companies in the past and found iHomefinder to be the most flexible for my business model. I received the best support from their team who have always been more than informative. I talked with one of their senior developers regarding the future of their products and I’m impressed with the direction of iHomefinder and plan on continuing my business with them.
Do you white label our products when you include it with your service?
What technology platform do you use for your websites?
I use a new web development architecture called Jamstack. It’s not a specific technology but a collection of tools and workflow for modern web development that is designed to make websites faster, more secure, and easier to scale. Most website agencies use WordPress for building websites, but I wanted to stand out and do something different that would make my websites perform better than a WordPress website. This helped me especially in the real estate world where almost every real estate website is on WordPress.
What do you like about our website integration and customization options?
I like that iHomefinder allows customization such as controlling the widget settings and configuring how listings are shown on the website. Since websites for my clients are full static web pages, iHomefinder integrates smoothly with the dynamic URLs I use.
Are you taking advantage of our APIs for partners?
Not at the moment, but we would love to learn more about the different types of APIs that iHomefinder has to offer.
What else would you like to share about your experience working with us?
Working with iHomefinder has been extremely easy and I love working with their support department. Setting up my clients for MLS approval is a smooth process and whenever I need a follow-up or have any concerns, their support is very prompt. I just recently launched complexlivingrealestate.com and the support team helped me through the approval process.
How have iHomefinder products helped with user engagement and lead registrations (information inquiries, email alert opt-in’s, market report subscriptions, etc.) on your clients’ websites?
My clients see an increase in user engagement with listing email alerts. I love the alerts that iHomefinder provides when new listings come on the market. By looking at the overall report that iHomefinder provides, we’re able to track the amount of properties being viewed, who views them, and reach out to connect with the leads.
