Client API
Our Client API is our next generation API which currently provides access to lead information and can subscribe contacts to MarketBoost Market Reports. This API will be expanding, so check here regularly for updates.
Examples:
- Subscribe a contact from your CRM to a Market Report
- Retrieve a lead’s contact history from an IDX account for display within a CRM or other application
- Retrieve Market subscribers from an IDX account to add to an email marketing system for additional communications
Reseller & Broker API
Built for Website Developer Partners, this API can automate most of the account administration features found in the Partner Portal or Broker Administration Portal. It also provides access to MLS pass-through fee information for use in e-commerce and sales quotes.
Examples:
- Add a client record
- Add a client’s MLS
- Configure a client’s Agent and Office IDs
- Enable/disable Solds property search
- Provide MLS pass-through fees to your employees for client quotes
- Populate MLS pass-through fees within client signup forms on your website
Web Service: Featured Listings
Provide a feed of an agent or broker’s listings, including address, beds/baths, and the main photo.
Examples:
- Create a custom homepage slideshow for your website using Featured Listings data and photos
- Automate the entry of your listings into your CRM
Web Service: Subscriber
Create new subscribers and set up parameters for listing email alerts.
Example:
- Add a known contact to listing email alerts
Web Service: Market/Saved Search
Create Markets (saved searches) within an account.
Examples:
- Automate the creation of Markets within an agent’s territory
- Automate the creation of price-segmented Listing Reports
Web Service: Agent & Office
Retrieve, create and edit Agent and Office information in Broker plans.
Examples:
- Create custom agent directories and pages, using data entered in the iHomefinder Control Panel or Agent Control Panel
- Create a custom office directory and pages from data entered in the Control Panel
- Add Agent information from an internal system to iHomefinder
APIs are only available in conjunction with iHomefinder IDX websites for clients who are active, approved agent or broker members of local real estate boards. Due to board rules, some APIs might not be available in some markets, or might require pre-approval from iHomefinder or a board prior to use.
