API Overview

Client API

Retrieve, add or edit client account information with this HAL style REST API.

Reseller & Broker API

Automate account setup and manage account settings with this HATEOAS style REST API.

Web Services

Access client account data using SOAP*. These services will soon be available through our Client API.

*SOAP is a simple XML-based protocol for exchanging information between applications over HTTP. Most web development languages (ASP, PHP, ColdFusion, Ruby on Rails, etc.) have libraries available for developing SOAP client/server scripts.

Our Client API is our next generation API which currently provides access to lead information and can subscribe contacts to MarketBoost Market Reports. This API will be expanding, so check here regularly for updates.

Reseller & Broker API

Built for Website Developer Partners, this API can automate most of the account administration features found in the Partner Portal or Broker Administration Portal. It also provides access to MLS pass-through fee information for use in e-commerce and sales quotes.

Due to board rules, some APIs might not be available in some markets, or might require pre-approval from iHomefinder or a board prior to use.
