What technology platforms do you use for your client’s websites?
We utilize WordPress for the backend on a typical real estate website. This allows us to help our customers save money, without a loss in web performance, as WordPress has evolved into a robust platform which can meet the needs of a typical brokerage or agent just as well as if we developed their website from the ground up. We serve real estate website via NGINX, as opposed to Apache, as we find it greatly improves performance and load times. We’ve also developed “in house” custom software to assist websites, which utilize iHomefinder, in getting property listings into Google’s index more quickly.
iHomefinder accounts offer many lead capture and engagement features. How do these features contribute to your clients’ business growth?
The most powerful feature, for the realtor whose website is mentioned above, has been the ability to have her clients receive automated emails with listings that meet their criteria. This allows her to automate the process of reaching out to leads that may not be as active while also providing valuable, and actionable, information to her more active leads.
What do you like about our website integration and customization options?
The integration into WordPress is straightforward and easy to implement. Also, the tools provided far exceed what I’ve seen from other companies offering IDX solutions. These include the CRM options, automated follow up functionality, and especially the ability to customize meta data for listings.
What else would you like to share about your experience working with us?
