Additional IDX fees

Direct Board Fees

Some boards charge their members “direct fees” when they sign up for service with any IDX vendor. These fees are separate from membership fees that you or your broker or office might be paying to your board/association. If these are required by your board, they are payable directly to the board or their IDX data feed provider – they are not collected through iHomefinder billing. You’ll receive detailed instructions for making payment when you sign up for a paid account.

About IDX Fees, Association Membership Fees, and Website Costs

Our pricing is in addition to your board/association membership costs. Additional fees described above are separate from any general membership charges you, or your broker or office, might be paying to your board/association. To use our service, you will need to both be an active, paying member of your local real estate board/association.

If you’re adding our service to your own website, our pricing is in addition to other website costs you might be paying, such as domain registration, website hosting, themes, and web design and development, and you will need to pay any such fees to your chosen service providers as applicable to your website.

If you use our website add-on to include a hosted website with your plan, the website hosting and optional domain setup is included in our pricing. If you choose to register your domain through another registrar, set up email addresses with your domain name, or use a web developer to customize your site, any applicable costs will be in addition to our pricing, and you will need to pay those fees to your chosen service providers.
