  • There are additional fees for RETS-IDX payable to the MLS. We believe these fees are currently $150 set-up and $75 per month.

Central Hill Country Board of REALTORS® (Fredericksburg, TX)

  • No iHomefinder new board service fees.
  • There is an additional fee for RETS-IDX, about $48 per month, per client, payable to the board.
  • A member should contact the board directly for the RETS-IDX agreement, noting iHomefinder as the RETS data provider if asked, then forward it to iHomefinder, if they wish to proceed with RETS-IDX.

Coastal Bend MLS (Calhoun County / Port Lavaca / Seadrift)

  • Please note, this board is not affiliated with the Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS®, which may also refer to its MLS® System as the Coastal Bend MLS.

  • iHomefinder new board service fees apply for each board within the TAR MLS system, as each board is provided as a separate IDX data feed: $500 one-time set-up for the first client, plus $20 monthly surcharge for each client.
  • No additional fees for RETS-IDX charged by the board.

Victoria Area Association of REALTORS®

  • No iHomefinder new board service fees.
  • $40 per month additional fee for RETS IDX, payable to the board.
  • A member should contact the board directly for the RETS-IDX agreement, noting iHomefinder as the RETS data provider if asked, then forward it to iHomefinder, if they wish to proceed with RETS-IDX.
