Northeast Washington Association of REALTORS
• iHomefinder new board service fees apply: $500 one-time (first client) and $20 per month (all clients).
• There might be additional fees charged by the MLS to the member-client.
• The member should contact the Board office and request the RETS-IDX agreement, noting iHomefinder as the RETS data provider, if they wish to proceed with our IDX.

Sequim Association of REALTORS® (Olympic Listing Service)

• No iHomefinder new board service fees.
• We are not aware of additional fees charged by the board for RETS.
• A member should download the IDX agrement (RETS) from the MLS website, then complete it with broker signature and email it to iHomefinder, if they would like to proceed with our IDX.
