Please have your broker complete the below form to proceed with your IDX approval for TheMLS™ (Combined L.A./Westside Multiple Listing Service, or CLAW) and the CARETS IDX data share.

This form is only for CLAW/TheMLS™ members who have signed up for IDX with iHomefinder as the IDX provider.

Please type N/A in any field that doesn’t apply to you.

Important! Broker name and broker signature are required on page 9. Please list your TheMLS™ Agent ID (your TheMLS™ User ID) and your TheMLS™ Office ID, at the top of BOTH page 1 and page 10 (Schedule A). Your MLS IDs must be listed on both pages or TheMLS™ will not accept your application.

Once you complete the form, iHomefinder will sign and submit it to TheMLS™ for approval. You will then be notified upon approval or if anything further is required.
