Greater Fairfield County CMLS

Greater Fairfield County CMLS (GFC CMLS) and Connecticut Statewide MLS (CTMLS) have announced merger plans, scheduled for Summer 2017. Until such a merger occurs, including RETS-IDX integration, IDX remains separate.

Agents and brokers who wish to have our IDX from both CTMLS and GFC CMLS will need to be members of both boards, request both boards when signing up for iHomefinder, complete paperwork and be approved for our IDX for both boards, and pay iHomefinder Additional MLS Fees until further notice.

We hope to be able to provide a combined data feed without additional fees after a merger of RETS-IDX data takes place at the MLS level, however, that is not yet possible at this time.
