Premium Search provides a map search experience that’s fun, friendly and engaging. Since it works a lot like the big search sites that many consumers are familiar with, your visitors are more likely to stay on your site and want to come back.
There are lots of ways to target your desired buyers with our property search options. Using Premium Search, you can set certain criteria for the listings that first appear when users visit your property search page. For example, your search page can always default to show listings within a certain price range or a specific property type.
This article will show you how easy this to do, using parameters added to the end of your Premium Search page URL.
Preset Parameter Examples
The following examples show you how to add a parameter to the end of the Premium Search search page URL. All you have to do is add the parameters to the Premium Search page URL wherever you choose to link to it on your site.
You can click on the example links in each example to view the results on our live demo site (opens in a new browser window).
Note: The first parameter added to the URL should be prefaced with ? and additional parameters should be separated with &.
