What are some things you like about partnering with iHomefinder?
I’ve worked with several IDX companies in the past and found iHomefinder to be the most flexible for my business model. I received the best support from their team who have always been more than informative. I talked with one of their senior developers regarding the future of their products and I’m impressed with the direction of iHomefinder and plan on continuing my business with them.
Do you white label our products when you include it with your service?
We do not. We believe it is important for us to be completely transparent with our clients and let them know we partner with iHomefinder, a leading IDX solution provider.
What technology platform do you use for your websites?
WordPress, exclusively! While we develop our own real estate WordPress themes designed to work seamlessly with iHomefinder’s IDX solution, we do also help clients that prefer to use Squarespace, Wix or other platforms as well.
What other technologies do you use to deploy and manage your clients’ real estate websites?
One thing we pride ourselves on is customer service / satisfaction! We rank in the 93rd percentile for great customer service by Zendesk. We use industry leading services such as Salesforce, Basecamp, Zendesk, Mailchimp and custom developed solutions to ensure we have the necessary tools to respond to our clients in the most quick, reliable and efficient way.
What do you like about our website integration and customization options?
We love working with the iHomefinder IDX solution primarily because it looks great and doesn’t require much to make it work seamlessly with a website. Since every client has their own needs, we have learned nearly every website will require some modifications to the code to make the solution work for them. This is where we shine. Having integrated IDX solutions on more than 5,000 websites, we can save a client considerable time fine tuning their solution. iHomefinder’s IDX solution has the framework to create these customizations.
Are you taking advantage of our APIs for partners?
Not at this time, but we have accomplished many customizations using creative jQuery and CSS solutions.
How have iHomefinder products helped with user engagement and lead registrations (information inquiries, email alert opt-in’s, market report subscriptions, etc.) on your clients’ websites?
With so much competition for consumers looking for homes online, it is important to have an easy to use, well designed IDX solution so visitors can find homes in the areas they are interested in. iHomefinder offers a solution that not only allows visitors to find what they’re looking for, but also encourages visitors to connect with the agent, sign up for new listing notifications, schedule showing appointments, ask questions and more…all of which leads to more interaction, relationships, and closings.

We have been a partner with iHomefinder for more than 17 years. While this industry can be very challenging, iHomefinder has always listened to our client’s needs and been a leader in developing new features and functionality necessary for them to compete in today’s market.
