NY State MLS members can contact NY State MLS at 888-769-7657 to confirm RETS-IDX fees that the MLS will charge in addition to iHomefinder service fees.
We also provide service for My State MLS. When approved for our service, member-clients must restrict listings to the state(s) where they are licensed via our IDX Control Panel. We can assist with this process.
