Additional IDX fees

Learn about additional fees that may apply for your IDX service

Some boards charge their members “direct fees” when they sign up for service with any IDX vendor. These fees are separate from membership fees that you or your broker or office might be paying to your board/association. If these are required by your board, they are payable directly to the board or their IDX data feed provider – they are not collected through iHomefinder billing. You’ll receive detailed instructions for making payment when you sign up for a paid account.
