Fort McMurray Real Estate Board

• No iHomefinder new board service fees.
• No additional fees for IDX payable to the board.
• To proceed with IDX, the member-client should contact the board for the RETS agreement, then forward the agreement to iHomefinder.

Lethbridge & District Association of REALTORS®

• No iHomefinder new board service fees.
• No additional fees for RETS-IDX (reciprocity) payable to the board.
• Please contact iHomefinder with the name of the interested agent or broker member, if you wish to proceed. We will then contact the board for the RETS-reciprocity vendor agreement.

Medicine Hat Real Estate Board

• If a RETS-IDX/reciprocity data feed is available, iHomefinder new board service fees will apply: $500 additional one-time set-up fee for the first client in the board, and $20 additional monthly fee for all clients in the board. (Fees are in US Dollars.)
• There might also be additional fees for RETS-IDX/reciprocity payable to the board.
• Please contact iHomefinder for current information if a member wishes to proceed with IDX. Please provide the name of the interested agent or broker member in your request.
