Greenwood Board of REALTORS® (Carroll, Leflore, and Tallahatchie Counties)

• iHomefinder new board service fees apply: $500 set-up (for the first client in the board) and $20 monthly (for all clients in the board).
• There might be additional fees charged by the MLS to the member-client for RETS.
• A member should contact the board directly for the RETS agreement, then forward it to iHomefinder, if they wish to proceed with IDX.

Meridian Board of REALTORS®, Inc.

• No additional iHomefinder fees.
• There is an additional fee charged by the MLS directly to the member-client for RETS. We believe it is currently $40 per month.
• A member should contact the board directly for the RETS agreement, then forward it to iHomefinder, if they wish to proceed with IDX.

Vicksburg MLS (Warren Board of REALTORS®)

• iHomefinder small board service fees apply: $500 set-up (for the first client in the board) and $20 monthly (for all clients in the board).
• There might be an additional fee charged by the MLS directly to the member-client for RETS, in addition to our standard fees and the small board fees. We believe it is about $40 per month.
• Please contact iHomefinder with the name of the agent or broker member, if a client would like to proceed with our IDX. iHomefinder will then reach out to the board for current info and instructions.
