• Broker-only board for IDX – agents cannot display IDX on their website, only their own listings.
• No iHomefinder new board service fees.
• There might be additional fees for IDX payable to the board.
• A member should contact the board directly for the RETS-IDX agreement, noting iHomefinder as the RETS data provider if asked, then forward it to iHomefinder, if they wish to proceed with IDX.
