Bishop / Inyo County Association of REALTORS®

• iHomefinder new board service fees apply: $500 set-up (for the first client in the board) and $20 monthly (for all clients in the board).
• There might be additional fees charged by the board for RETS.
• Members can contact the Association for the RETS-IDX agreement (and note iHomefinder as the RETS data provider if asked), then forward the agreement to iHomefinder, if they would like to proceed with IDX.

• Please contact us with the member’s name, and their office name, if a member would like to proceed with IDX. We will then reach out to the MLS provider (RealtyPro Solutions) for the vendor RETS agreement and the agent/broker IDX authorization form.
