Commercial listings

Our IDX service for CRMLS includes commercial and business opportunity listings where available. Some boards within CARETS, such as CLAW/TheMLS™, do not provide commercial listings in RETS (our IDX data source), so we are unable to provide some commercial listings in those cases, even if they are in a local MLS® System.

CARETS

As of April 2020, CARETS transitioned to California Regional MLS (CRMLS). Our IDX service for CARETS® and CRMLS includes these listings:

DESERT MLS

Members of Desert Area MLS should not sign up for CRMLS in our system. Please select our IDX service for Desert Area MLS instead.

CLAW/TheMLS™, CRISNet MLS, and CRMLS Members
These members can also have Desert Area MLS (Coachella Valley) listings added to their IDX upon request to iHomefinder.

Desert Area MLS listings are in addition to the Palm Springs MLS listings, which are already included automatically.

i-Tech MLS and VCRDS MLS
These members are not eligible for Desert Area MLS listings in IDX, however, they receive Palm Springs MLS listings automatically.

Central Coast and Northern California CRMLS

IDX coverage for CRMLS in select areas of the Central Coast and Northern California is not included in the CRMLS IDX service, but is provided through our CRMLS Central Coast and Northern California IDX service.
