IDX Coverage

CRMLS IDX for Real Estate Websites.

Add live California Regional MLS listings and property search to your website with iHomefinder IDX.

Yes — iHomefinder provides CRMLS IDX for real estate agents, teams, and brokers who want live property listings and home search on their own website. CRMLS listings, photos, prices, open houses, and status changes update automatically through the IDX feed. iHomefinder works with WordPress and other website platforms, or provides the complete website — either way, listings are embedded directly on your domain, no iframes, no subdomains. IDX search, lead capture, CRM, saved searches, and listing alerts are included in one platform.
CRMLS is one of the two largest MLSs in the United States, serving 99,000 subscribers (T3 Sixty, 2025) across Southern California, the Central Valley, and portions of the Central Coast and Northern California through approximately 40 participating associations and boards.

What You Get with iHomefinder CRMLS IDX

Listings on your domain

Property search and listing pages live on your domain rather than a framed page or vendor subdomain — giving you stronger control over search visibility, analytics, and lead capture.

IDX + CRM + automation, one login

Every iHomefinder plan includes IDX, CRM, and marketing automation. When a buyer saves a search in Irvine or favorites a listing in Riverside, that activity appears in your CRM.

Leads without ad spend

iHomefinder supports multiple MLS feeds on one website and in one CRM. The number of included feeds depends on your plan — relevant if you also hold San Diego MLS or MetroList membership.

Multi-MLS on one site

iHomefinder integrates with Follow Up Boss, automatically forwarding new IDX leads into the CRM your team already uses.

Works with Follow Up Boss

CRMLS runs on Matrix, Paragon, or Flexmls depending on your association — iHomefinder’s IDX works the same regardless of which one your board uses.

We handle the paperwork

iHomefinder manages the vendor request, feed configuration, and site setup as a contracted CRMLS IDX vendor. No developer required.

Compatibility

Does CRMLS IDX Work with My Website?

Yes — three ways. iHomefinder integrates with your existing WordPress site, works with other website platforms, or builds and hosts the complete site. In every case, listings render on your domain, and iHomefinder handles configuration and feed setup — no developer required.

Pricing

CRMLS IDX Pricing

CRMLS does not charge an additional IDX fee when you use an approved vendor such as iHomefinder. Your cost depends on the iHomefinder plan and MLS configuration you select — pricing varies by website setup, team size, MLS feeds, and included marketing tools.
