Please note the following about IDX service for REcolorado®:
- The data access fee (pass-through fee) for REcolorado® is $15 per IDX website address (URL) per month. That is, if you are approved for two IDX website URLs, there will be a $30 additional fee per month on your account.
- The one-time $25 fee payable to REcolorado® is also per website address (URL). If you are approved for two IDX website URLs, there will be a $50 additional charge from REcolorado® to you.
- Prior approval from REcolorado® is required for every website URL displaying IDX. It is not allowed to display IDX on any website that has not been approved by REcolorado®.
