Virtual Opens – Currently Being Rolled Out
Stay-at-home orders have caused Virtual and Livestream Open Houses to gain in popularity around the nation. We’re adding this new type of Open House to our service in more than 450 MLS boards. Listings with a Virtual Open will have that indicated on the results page, with instructions and links on the listing details page.
Clients who don’t wish to show Open House information on their website can adjust settings in their Control Panel under Setup > Search > Open House settings.
Virtual Tour Search – Coming Last Week Of May
Site visitors will be able to search for properties with a Virtual Tour by selecting this checkbox, available for Eureka and Responsive clients. Brokers and Agents can create Markets using this type of search to highlight local properties with Virtual Tours on their websites or email campaigns. This is a great way to engage homebuyers who aren’t able to view properties in person.
Email Alert & Open Home Alert Enhancements – Coming Last Week Of May
Listings sent in email alerts will indicate when a virtual tour is available and MarketBoost weekly Open Home reports will include Virtual Opens.
