• There is a $15 monthly fee charged by the board to the member-client.

Manhattan MLS / Manhattan Association of REALTORS®

• Manhattan MLS covers about 400 members and 10% of Manhattan listings.
• No iHomefinder new board service fees.
• We are not aware of additional fees charged by the MLS to the member-client.
• A member should contact the board directly to obtain the RETS agreement (noting iHomefinder as the RETS data provider if asked), then forward it to iHomefinder, if they wish to proceed with IDX.

Mohawk Valley Association of REALTORS®

My State MLS (Select listings throughout the US – an affiliate of NY State MLS)

• No iHomefinder new board service fees.
• There are additional MLS fees charged to the member-client for RETS-IDX – these are between the MLS and the member.
• A member should obtain and complete the RETS-IDX agreement, then forward it to iHomefinder, if they wish to proceed with IDX.

RealPlus (idxnyc.com)

• No iHomefinder new board service fees.
• There might be additional fees charged by the MLS to the member-client for RETS.
• A member should contact the board directly to confirm a RETS data feed is currently available, then obtain the RETS agreement from the board (noting iHomefinder as the RETS data provider if asked), then forward the agreement to iHomefinder, if they wish to proceed with RETS.

St. Lawrence County Board of REALTORS® (Canton, NY)

• No iHomefinder new board service fees.
• We are not aware of additional fees charged by the MLS to the member-client.
