In this article, we’ll take a look at the various options available in your account for emailing your leads and clients, including all options for manual and automated emails. We’ll start off with the email features available in all account plans, followed by the additional features that are added with our Premium and CRM plans.
Email Features In All Plans
All of our account plans include our Property Organizer feature. This allows your leads to save their favorite listings and searches, which they can then access any time through the Property Organizer login on your site.
One of the many lead capture features built in to your site with your iHomefinder account, this feature automatically prompts visitors to create a Property Organizer account when they choose to save a listing or save a search. After saving a search, they’re given the option to opt-in to receive automated Email Alerts for listing updates.
Each notification includes your branding at the top, followed by listing photos and information that links back to your site where all the listing details are provided. Email Alerts include new listings, sold listings (in most MLSs), and price changes for listings matching the criteria in a saved search.
Agent-Created Email Alerts
In addition to your leads choosing to receive Email Alerts themselves, you can create any number of saved searches for a lead within your IDX Control Panel and activate Email Alerts for them.

Premium and CRM Account Plans
In today’s competitive market, a regular newsletter is not enough to nurture your prospects and prepare them for their next transaction. You need to deliver relevant, up-to-date market information at a frequency that’s appropriate for their needs. Producing and sending this personalized content manually is nearly impossible, so agents will often send a one-size-fits-all newsletter to all their contacts and hope for the best (spoiler alert – it doesn’t work so well).

The email campaigns correspond with 3 website reports that are also produced for each Market. While viewing any report on your site, your site visitors can subscribe to any of the 3 automated email reports provided for each Market, or you can add subscribers yourself within your IDX Control Panel.

Agent CRM Account Plans
Our agent CRM plans provide a collection of additional email marketing features that are really critical for optimizing your opportunities. We generally recommend all agents choose our CRM account plans unless they’re just getting started.
Automated Follow-Up And Drip Campaigns
Our Marketing Automation feature makes sure that every new lead receives and immediate, personalized follow-up email as soon as they register through one of the lead capture features on your site. They will also enter a drip campaign you choose, based on their lead source. We provide ready-to-use campaigns which you can modify, or you can create your own drip campaigns.
You can also manually enter leads into your Marketing Automation campaigns. Optima Leads, our mobile app for agents, make it really easy to manage email subscriptions for your leads on your mobile device.
What sets Marketing Automation apart from other automated drip email systems is our Smart Content feature. Using artificial intelligence, Smart Content provides your leads with personalized listing recommendations based on their search activity, or based on a Market (saved search) you have created in your account. This content is built in to the email campaigns we provide and you can easily include it in any emails you build yourself for your drip campaigns.
Most agents use a number of different online services for lead generation, so Marketing Automation will aggregate new leads you receive from over 30 third-party lead sources. These leads will enter your account and your follow-up email campaigns automatically.

This option can be used for sending newsletters, announcements, and any email content that is not automated.
